An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.

Haertya™ does not store complete credit-card numbers or full payment credentials on its own systems. Payment details are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment-service providers in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.

Product prices are displayed on the applicable product pages. Your final order total is shown at checkout before you place the order and may include applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, promotional adjustments, or currency-conversion information.

Your payment provider or financial institution may apply separate charges, including foreign-transaction, conversion, processing, or account-related fees. These charges are determined by your provider and are outside our control.

Discount codes and promotional offers must be entered and successfully applied during checkout unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Promotions may be subject to product exclusions, order limits, expiration dates, or other stated conditions and cannot always be combined.

If a payment is declined, please confirm your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider if needed. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically according to your provider’s policies.

If you believe you have been charged more than once, please contact us with your order number, the email used at checkout, and relevant payment details. We will review the order record and help identify the appropriate next step.

After an order is successfully submitted, an order-confirmation email is normally sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us if you need assistance.
